"Tolle Natur. Für Kinder super wird viel geboten. Wir kommen gerne wieder, würden dann aber gerne weit oben schlafen und in die Natur, anstatt auf den Parkplatz schauen und auch Halbpension mal buchen. Zudem eher frühstücken gehen, da 10:00 Uhr fast alles schon weg war und einiges nicht mehr nachgeholt wurde. Ansonsten könnte man die Spielgeräte von oben mal sauber machen, da ist überall Staub, aber das nur als Tipp und verständlich. Wir würden gerne Schuleinführung bei euch feiern und werden...

"Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wird nur durch viele Einschränkungen erreicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, keine Extras wie Wasser oder Safe. Es gibt keinen regelmäßigen Zimmerservice. Die Rezeptionsdame geht schon 19.30 Uhr statt 20 Uhr. Die Treppen sind abgenutzt und schmutzig. Die Kinder rennen lärmend durch den Speisesaal. Das Essen wird nicht nachgefüllt. "Wir waren anlässlich des Kristallmarathons hier. Da es am Wettkampftag früh los ging, hat das Hotel den Laufgästen ein frühes Frühstück angeboten. Nicht selbstverständlich und mega zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Essen im Hauseigenen Restaurant war auch sehr lecker und ist zu empfehlen. "

"Gebucht für eine Nacht an einem Wochenende um ein Langlauf zu machen. Angedacht war ein Komfort-Apartment, wobei ich den Zusatz KOMFORT komplett vermisst habe. Spartanisch, etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eher einfach trifft es korrekt. Hervorragendes Frühstück sollte man allerdings positiv erwähnen!"

"Das Personal im Restaurant und Servicebereich war ausgesprochen freundlich und serviceorientiert. Die Dame am Empfang beim aus und einchecken war bei weitem nicht auf diesem guten Niveau. Alles in allem stimmte Preis/Leistung. Was die Hygiene betraf, eine kritische Anmerkung: nie sah ich in einem Hotel einen mit solch großen Flecken übersäten Teppich."
