"It’s a great hotel in a beautiful city. Thanks to Vadim for helping us! He gave us all information we needed. His advices were very informative and helpful. We had to stay in a hotel because of rain and had a dinner there. The food was very good. Hotel is few minutes from downtown. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again. "

"The service was amazing and the food was delicious. Everyone from the owners who made you feel like family to all the servers were excellent. The owners spoke English. Although Steffi did not speak a lot of English she tried and always had a smile and was delightful. The tub was an unexpected surprise but a very good surprise. There was also a shower. I highly recommend this gasthof and if we come back we will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is a collection of very old buildings that have been developed into a luxury hotel In a really sympathetic manner. Our room was spotlessly clean & really comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous with a lovely bath and a truly excellent shower. The hotel has a smallish (but very enjoyable to swim in) indoor pool & a gym and wellness centre, though we didn’t have the chance to try these. There is an excellent outdoor tennis court & table tennis table and plenty of free onsite parking....

"The 'hotel' is more like an apartment building. While the facilities are clean and nice, communication is really bad. When we arrived, we could not find anyone around, we found an unlocked door on the first level and made ourselves at home. An hour or so later, a girl came to tell us were in the wrong room!!?? "Travel stay at the hotel for one night - four family members need two rooms - neutral late arrival 9pm and asked breakfast time - next morning friendly lady at the standard breakfast buffet (still corona safe) - hotel and room clean whereas the surroundings need some maintain."

"Very nice place in a quiet scenic area. Facilities are great plus dining is very personable. Deducted a star due to a front desk member who was rude to me during check in(plus couldn’t locate our reservation the supervisor stepped in and took care of us). Also,our door lock needed repair (the maintenance guy there was top notch and saved the day by fixing our door). Aside from our check in woes this is a very nice place to stay and will probably stay here again."

"The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and amazing. The room was very plain but clean. Carpets in the hallways were very well worn but clean. The breakfast was amazing and satisfying. The location was exceptional. Close to the park and downtown I would definitely stay stay here again and well worth it for the price."
