"The staff went above and beyond to help me, even though the language barrier between me and the staff was high, it was easy to navigate through my translator, they were very patient and friendly. The facility was very clean and peaceful, I would recommend doing day activities, like snorkeling and SUP in the island and then using their onsite sauna. I would recommend this hotel. "

"I had a very bad experience here, the staff were rude and didn’t try help. Multiple times, I was faced with staff who didn’t try and help. The non English speaking staff were even worse, especially one man who wore glasses was particularly rude to me as a solo traveller. Just spend a bit more and book nicer hotel across the road "

"Hotel was just in between Koukusai street and the monorail station. Unbeatable location in that sense. Free alcohol and snacks in the afternoon till night, which was great! Breakfast was a feast as well! Room was comfortable and big! Highly recommend!"
