The hotel room was clean and comfortable. There were chairs and table for me to have my take out food. The public bath in the main building was smaller but functional. I like the bath in the Annex more as it was much more spacious. Umbrellas are available to borrow in case it rains.

Construction next door was a nuisance. The lobby was cluttered. Elevators took a long time to get up and down. The beds were really firm. Amenities were standard but not great. Location was good to the village and staff was very friendly.

American Village was the best place to stay in Okinawa!. There were so many places to go to for dining and shopping! Vessel Hotel was beautiful, convenient and clean! We loved the swimming pool and the other facilities. The staff was friendly and some of them spoke English. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Okinawa!

The hotel is great which provides breakfast and has hot spring and swimming pool that you can enjoy staying here. The staff are nice and helpful. It is also close to American Village and Aeon. You can walk along harbour side at night. I’ll stay here again if I visit Okinawa again.

It was probably the best public bath (i.e. hot spring) I have experienced in any hotel, it was clean, with full amazing sea view. The breakfast was a bit expensive, but worth the price with the food quality and variety. Plenty of restaurants nearby, convenient store is just downstairs.

Easy access and convenient. Direct limousine bus from Naha airport, right next to American Village and Sunset Beach. Another 10 minutes walk to Aeon shopping mall and Lawsons is inside the hotel too for quick snacks. Plenty of breakfast varieties.
