"Initial impression is very good, clean and modern looking. When we first arrived, the hot water was not up to snuff and the room refrigerator was not cooling. After I brought this to the staff's attention they had people there within ten minutes to fix issues and they did. "We liked the privacy having the breakfast buffet inside the property. Our room was located at the irregularly shaped corner that felt crammed. "There was nothing not to like! Super clean, quiet. Fast wifi. Excellent staff. Perfect location, if only using as a stay-over for a flight out the next day. All-day breakfast. Cuisine reasonably priced. Very clean. For those with mobility requirements, they have a ramp. Smoking section just off to the side in front of hotel. Buffet style free breakfast: during my visit, it was ham, eggs, chicken, rice, toast , fruits. The usual. I took my time sitting out front, looking out to the street....

"Everything was good. the person responsible for giving us the beach voucher was rude, unprofessional and argumentative towards me my wife the lady from Csuites refused us a pass ruined the entire stay. I would never stay in the hotel again and next time I'll go to Savoy. They should not have someone with such low intelligence talking to anyone about anything get him a helmet and keep idiots from behind the counter. "

"The resort is old and lacking in being maintained. The bedroom was neat, clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom had stains all over the roof and shower fittings kept coming apart. No hot water first night but was fixed immediately when told staff. Our key card stopped working and we repeatedly had to go to front desk to get it renewed.
