"The room I got was one with 2 twin beds and no room view (meaning I didn't have a view of the bay/city from my room). It was smaller than what I'm used to, but very functional. The staff were very helpful and friendly."

"The hotel staff are very attentive and helpful, and many spoke english which made communication very easy for check in and check out. The room had very good light blocking curtains, and was very quiet. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and had all the required amenities. The bed however was unfortunately so uncomfortable I could barely sleep even after a 9 hour flight, the pillows were so firm and tall that my neck was aching all through the next day 😭 otherwise the stay was very good, but...

"Great hotel, close and convenient, no issues "

"It’s close to Haneda airport but far from Tokyo. The shuttle bus to and from the station is a big help . It’ a quiet place . Having free coffee in the morning and night is a bonus since coffee outside is expensive. Food in the restaurant is expensive. As a family of four , we could not sustain it. Overall we had a good stay for 12 days. Highly recommend it."

"We stayed here for 2 nights on our way to the UK. The room was small (but that's standard for Tokyo), but comfortable, and had everything we needed. They had also provided pyjamas and slippers, which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning, and thought it was good value, with a mix of Japanese and Western dishes. The café area is great, as you can help yourself to coffee, teas, hot chocolate etc any time before midnight. We liked to have a before bed drink at the...
