"I've used this hotel many times and it is fine for anyone going to Haneda. It's easy to find from Anamori-Inari station and has lots of simple places to eat nearby. If staying in a twin room be warned that the beds are right next to each other with no space in between (even if you book a higher grade of room), it's basically a double bed with two sets of sheets. This is pretty common in Japan, and infuriating. There is no bottled water supplied in the rooms either, and on my most recent stay the restaurant was closed for a private function, which we were not informed of at check in. "
