"An exceptional stay — stylish, sustainable, and super comfy! We had such a wonderful experience at Hotel Mercure. The design is stunning throughout — modern, artistic, and full of character, with beautiful art pieces thoughtfully displayed across the building. Everything is immaculately clean, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and we were especially impressed by the hotel’s sustainability efforts. They use paper packaging for amenities, and even the toothbrush, razor, and comb are made from bamboo — a rare and meaningful touch that shows they truly care about the environment. The room was very comfortable, with powerful, chill air-conditioning (much appreciated after a long day!). The tech setup is fantastic — you can project YouTube or Netflix directly onto the TV, and there are Type-C charging ports so you don’t need to worry if you forget a travel adapter. Fast, easy, and smart! Breakfast was excellent — lots of variety for both Western and Japanese tastes, and it was all very well-organised. The free shuttle bus was super convenient too — definitely recommend booking it along with breakfast. There’s also a foosball table in the common area for a bit of fun, and a free gym if you want to work out. No pool, but we didn’t miss it — everything else made up for it. Would definitely stay here again. Highly, highly recommended!"

"Our stay in this hotel was excellent. It was inside the Haneda terminal, a very convenient location to rest before taking the next destination. The place was very clean and quiet. The hotel provided excellent toiletries; we didn’t pull ours out of the suitcase, which was very thoughtful in many ways."

"The hotel rooms were consistently clean. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs, it was easy to make a reservation (just called the front desk and was able to make one the same day). Another pro was the location, it was close to the train station (around a 5 minute walk) and the airport shuttle was convenient- but make sure to be there 10 minutes before because they leave right on time. Would definitely recommend this hotel! "
