"Lovely Art Deco lobby, alert, friendly staff and relatively quiet room (facing the park which has busy roads surrounding it). Our room was compact but beautifully fitted out, very clean and the twin beds were super comfortable - if a little too hot. The breakfast area is very large and a bit gloomy but the food, although expensive, was varied and frequently replenished by the staff. In all, a pleasant stay."

"Instead of 1 night stay was there 3 nights as winter storms in states delayed my return. My room was very comfortable. The included breakfast was a welcome plus. Was disappointed to learn all the big terminal shops were past security so couldn't do that. Staff was great. My experience was great. If ever I need to stay overnight at Heathrow will gladly return."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, very centrally located to everything…enjoyed the short walks around Shoreditch, there were tons of food options in the area, and next door to the Aldgate East station. Only negatives I had were: the TV only has local British channels, no streaming options available. Casting your windows or android device, or using a fire stick are the only options to stream on the TV. We tried to cast from our phone, but IOS was not compatible, so we were stuck watching...
