"Location is perfect. Hyde Park and Italian Gardens directly across the street and the Lancaster Gate underground is a short two blocks away. Super convenient! Great service at the hotel as well."

"Staff were excellent and helpful. Rooms (carpeting, some paint and furniture) could use a refresh. One elevator was out of service but did not affect us as the stairs were convenient."

"Great location and price with super choices all nearby. Nice picture window in the room. Our room a bit dusty and the in-room phone covered in an age old coating of dust, not sure how that happens in a place like this. The room we stayed in was missing a fridge and the teapot had been stolen. Front desk replaced the teapot but no fridge. The staff all top notch and the morning breakfast a great choice before heading out for the day of action. Concierge desk staff a special mention of great merit, they are very good. Small gym on the 11th floor did the trick as well."
