"This property was adorable, well kept and clean. We were upgraded for free upon our arrival to a king suite and it was perfect!! Peter was wonderful and filled with so much knowledge and personality. The area was perfect for walking to get something to eat, explore and central to the fun things Newport offers. The burgers and drinks at Joes were phenomenal, pasta beach was yummy (both gluten free friendly) and the breakfast at Attwater was so different and perfect. Very healthy!!! "

"We stayed at Town & Tide for one night during the weekend before Christmas. We were greeted upon arrival and guided where to go to check in. Our hostess explained how everything worked and brought us to our room, showing us around there, as well. The property is clean, organized, and easily walked through. "Overall nice property. Very clean! However could use better insulated walls to reduce noise from neighbors in the Lodge.. Would return but to rent a cottage so noise would not be an issue. 🙂"
