"Room was okay, as expected. Staff could be a bit more accommodating, some staff members spoke little Malay/English and came off as rude. Do not plan to rely on the hotel's wifi. The wifi did not work for most sites and was extremely slow in the case that it did. Area is really good, convenient to most places."

"the room was too small for 4 people and there was no window so the room felt very closed off and we personally felt clusterphobic so it was uncomfortable. the washrooms were really small and barely had enough space to use the shower, although they did have good amenities like shampoo and dental kits it didnt make up for the space. the corridors were also really cramped so there was barely enough space to walk alongside a cabin bag."

"Though the hotel is undergoing renovation, the rooms and human traffic paths are properly segregated and kept very clean. Front desk and concierge are superbly polite. The hotel is just next to the Jalan Alor food street, and 5 mins walk to the Bukit Bintang station. Location is great for moving around KL."
