"We love this hotel. Back for a second time in less than 12 months. Lovely rooms, first rate pool and gym, nice lobby, very helpful staff, great location right near Jalan Alor and Imbi monorail station, and within walking distance of Chinatown. What’s not to like?! We won’t even consider staying anywhere else when we next visit KL."

"I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! "

"Location is excellent, overlooking Changkat, Clean , comfortable,Cooker - Full size fridge , washing machine , balcony .Having access to Ramada facilities without paying Ramada prices. Lisa was very helpful. Only negatives is that cupboards were a bit old, but that doesn't matter. I will certainly stay here again."

"All staff and guards are well mannered. Fast replies, attend to customers need. Well-done!!! If possible, perhaps can get a new sofa set. Do not refund them if there are water stains and all.. cleanliness need improvements. Overall i am happy."

"The hotel is super convenient as it’s walking distance to Berjaya Time Square as well as Pavilion. 24hrs convenient store r super near by too. Craving for hotpot oso not an issue as e restaurant opposite opens till 5am. Famous The Oversea Restaurant is just next door. The staffs were super friendly and helpful as well. Just the carpet is kinda dirty and the shower drainage were slow towards our last day of stay. Highly recommended place to stay for the convenience of shopping."

"No flexibility for early check-in. They seem to only let everyone check-in at 3pm so a queue of people waiting. Suddenly at 3pm all rooms are ready. "

"Room was okay, as expected. Staff could be a bit more accommodating, some staff members spoke little Malay/English and came off as rude. Do not plan to rely on the hotel's wifi. The wifi did not work for most sites and was extremely slow in the case that it did. Area is really good, convenient to most places."

"We were at the location but couldnt get hold of the property’s. We called more than 10 times and finally managed to speak to someone told us the room is not ready. We waited more than 2 hours when another person called and informed us that he will clean the place first so wanted us to go out for shopping until 6 pm whatsapp me that room is ready. Seems that hotel.com did not informed that we are checking in. I was so surprised with the kind of services that hotel.com is providing and reason not...
