Despite this, they refused to refund my payment of over £300. Expedia was unhelpful, offering only a £75 refund as a goodwill gesture. They suggested I should have complained before checking in, which is impossible since the check-in is through a drop box and the cleanliness can only be assessed upon arrival. "The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a central location. Everything was as listed but housekeeping could be inconsistent. Axon Residences offers great facilities including a gym, sauna / steam room and an infinity pool on the 37th floor with awesome views of the city. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit KL. "
