"The only attraction is the pool but too many kids playing in the pool during weekends making it impossible to swim laps. Also too many people in the cafeteria during breakfast and services [food refill] are slow."

My room was on the third floor facing the Komtar tower view. It had all the basic amenities I needed for the 5 nights stay. 2 guest parking spaces in front and a dining room. There is no gym, or no swimming pool but it has 2 jacuzzi...

"Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. Totally unacceptable hospitality to hold such a position! The 2 Deluxe Double rooms that I booked didn’t have any windows. The Aircon didn’t work so it was fixed in situ when I was in the room. "Saw some previous negative reviews a out this property after my booking. After checked in, all those negative reviews I read were already out of the window . From the room to the front desk and staff, everything and everyone was so surprisingly friendly and comfortable. The location is great too. Walking distance to everything in Georgs town. I am so glad I stayed with this property. "
