"The only attraction is the pool but too many kids playing in the pool during weekends making it impossible to swim laps. Also too many people in the cafeteria during breakfast and services [food refill] are slow."

Totally unacceptable hospitality to hold such a position! The 2 Deluxe Double rooms that I booked didn’t have any windows. The Aircon didn’t work so it was fixed in situ when I was in the room. "There was no laundry service in the premises but it is shown there is. I was hoping staff would be more attentive but they didn’t help us with the luggages to our room on the 2nd floor. "

"Location is quite isolated. Staff friendliness is just to the standard but not very helpful. Facility is old and not user friendly. But the breakfast is very nice and not expensive at all. Price of the hotel is nice too."
