"Exceptional service during our stay which was very quiet during the week. Immaculate soft sandy beach with calm crystal clear waters. The large pool with swim up bar and pool toys was a big hit with my 4 year old daughter. Our traditionally styled 1 bed villa with private pool was huge and although some aspects were a little tired, the fact it opened up onto the beach was a huge plus. Can't fault the service from the team, including Ahmed on reception. The only downside was some of the food...

"The room was great. But the staff are terrible. I asked for towels and it took 3 hrs to deliver. And also, I asked for replacement of the battery for the safety box and i waited for nothing! I don't recommend this hotel."

"we paid for 2 rooms through shipping and at the reception they wanted to give us only one room. They said that Expedia paid them only one room. They kept us for 3 hours, until 12PM at the reception!the air conditioning in the rooms was broken and it was very cold! I had no hot water! so I paid for 2 cold rooms, without water, and in which I could only stay for 6 hours. Very disappointed!!!!"
