The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff were lovely. Unfortunately the pool was closed, although there was access to pools at neighbouring hotels. We had some issues within our suite that the staff were quick to address and fix. We would stay here again.

I’ve been to numerous Hyatt properties, and they are all very beautiful, but the staff made this higher experience a true pearl. The detail and expectation of my every need, were absolutely amazing. It was a total staff win, from housekeeping to waitstaff, total win. I will be staying here, and again!

Enjoyed a lot during our visit Abu Dhabi. Breakfast and dinner were equally delicious with a lot of options, services are incredible. Recommend to everyone without hesitation.
