"Stayed 17 to 21 Nov on 11th floor. Great hotel and excellent customer service from all customer facing staff. My room needs a refresh though as room was a bit worn , some wood varnish , a lick of paint perhaps but after I stayed the first evening it felt like home. "The rooms were very clean and well kept. The shower water pressure was very high and very hot. That alone gets a 5-star. However, the food quality (ie the fish products) from their restaurant needs to be better managed."

"It’s a decent place. Dated. Old accommodations. The AC was out, so it was rather hot throughout the hotel. But overall, worth $86 a night. Have stayed at far worse places. The staff is what makes it worthwhile though. As I’ve come to expect, Filipinos are the friendliest of people. Will bend over backwards to make you happy.
