"This one is more spacious than the Mong Kok location, with a bigger common area if you're looking to work. Also much closer to the MTR. The guests are very quiet and respectful, and there is more space in the washrooms. The towels are too small, and the lockers don't fit a large check in luggage, although it is common for guests to leave luggage out and it is monitored."

"STAY AWAY! Our family arrived after a very long journey to be shockingly refused check in at the last minute at late night in a foreign country with four young children and two large taxis of luggage! While we waited in the hallway for hours for basic information from staff we saw many cockroaches and a rat there! Afterwards, we spent two days on the phone, long distance, with Expedia waiting to be rebooked elsewhere. A most horrible experience! Don’t let it happen to you too. "
