The room was lovely and had a nice view. The staff were all very friendly and professional. It was easy h to I access the theme park from the hotel. All the other facilities like to pool and restaurants were also very good.

Absolutely loved our stay and would go again. Staff were attentive to the very end (taxi to airport). Very helpful in guiding us in which taxi to book. Loved that there was Disney themed activities. Slight bummer that outdoor pool was under maintenance but at least there was an indoor pool. The change rooms near there lacked appropriate facilities for changing a baby. Would be great if there was a change table.

The staff is fantastic, the kingdom room was great, the ground are beautiful and well maintained. The pool was great and exercise room serviceable. It reminds me of a smaller version of the Grand Floridian.

Staffs were all very helpful especially the bell service and taxi coordinator. They were always in the entrance waiting to help people move luggage’s or strollers. The property decor was beautiful, the lobby smells so fresh. Love the whole Disney Victorian theme, perfect place to stay when visiting Disney land. Breakfast buffet at enchanted garden was delicious, had a good variety of food and drinks. Mickey came over to take pictures with us during breakfast! I felt like I was on vacation as soon as I entered.

Wonderful family vacation

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff was excellent and most spoke English so communication was not an issue. Room was spacious and grounds were beautiful. The shuttles to/from the park and other hotels were convenient and very prompt.it would be nice if they also had a shuttle to and from the airport, but there are taxis and Uber that arrive within a few minutes. Wonderful stay!
