"The room was very clean and spacious. One elevator was out of order for our entire stay and the 2nd elevator was out of order for several hours one evening. One of the front desk clerks (a male) was quite rude and dismissive. The other staff were very friendly and helpful. Although there is a free shuttle to downtown, the hotel advertises as "downtown" but it is at least a half hour walk to downtown through an industrial area. Overall we wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to our friends...

"The staff was very nice. Our bathroom sink literally had no cold water. Was just inconvenient to brush your teeth. The sink on the second day leaked very badly clear out on the floor and we just put towels down to soak it up . It was too late in the evening and we were leaving the next morning very early. "

"The hotel was good the bed was comfortable. I was disappointed they say they have a shuttle to Broadway every hour and they no longer do it. We also had to pay 25.00 a night to park in the parking lot. I thought that was ridiculous. Pool water was warm but the room was cold so it was not enjoyable."
