"This location is a solid basic hotel. Very close to the airport, which is a plus. Do note, that there is horrendous traffic at rush hours from the airport into Cape Town, so this might not be where you want to be if you plan to join tours in town starting in the morning. It felt safe here, and the food options in house were better and less expensive than expected. Noise travels through the doors here easily so it was pretty loud at night."

"Rooms facing the ocean have a beautiful view. Other rooms are dark during the day. Shower in my room was excellent with a strong water pressure. Overall, it is a bit worn out. Cleanliness was not excellent, but the location is great and the ocean view is beautiful. Upgrade to ocean view room was reasonably priced."
