"The hotel is well appointed and conveniently located on the Cape Town waterfront. Our room was very large, clean and quiet. The bar and restaurant served excellent cocktails and food, but what really made our stay perfect was the staff. From the front desk to the doormen to the waiters and bartenders, everyone was cheerful, helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend AC Hotel Marriott."

"incredibly old hotel room - the carpeting definitely needs changing, there was only 1 usable power outlet, the shower drained very slowly and the AC unit made ruckus. the breakfast buffet was good, it's located next to lots of restaurants and the staff was friendly and polite."

"Front desk staff were fantastic- welcoming and helpful providing early access to the room. The hotel is less than 10 years old, the room was very clean, comfortable and offered great amenities.. The bed, linens and pillows in particular, were very comfortable . The location is fantastic- in a very safe area with access to many restaurants, shops, areas of interest and within easy walking distance of both the Robben Island ferry as well as the cruise terminal. Would definitely stay here again."

"I sgayed in the sugar daddy suite and absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful and the toom was very spacious. When i checked in i was warmly greeted and the staff helped me bring my bags upstairs. They do have an elevator as well. The rooftop area was gorgeous and had great music playing in the evening. "Right across street from Klok market which was exotic and delightful. Overall experience was wonderful- staff was courteous and kind. Due to market set up each morning (clanging of metal booths), be aware if you are seeking a place a to sleep late - or have ear plugs. I would very much stay here again!"

"The hotel had an excellent restaurant and the room was very comfortable. The really great thing was the minibus service to the airport. We had a really helpful staff member who drove with us in the hotel car to the Europcar drop-off point so that I could drop my hire car off the night before - he then brought me back to the hotel in his hotel car. "The staff at this hotel were very nice, very helpful. Our two bedroom apartment with sea view had a tiny balcony that was big enough for two people to stand outside and enjoy the view. The balcony did not have any chairs and was not big enough for any enjoyment except for occasionally walking out to get a bit of fresh air.
