Mira and her colleagues at front desk were friendly and warm. They even remembered our ferry departure timing and came to remind us during breakfast when the shuttle to the ferry terminal was arriving.

"The staff at the ferry terminal pick up and concierge are very helpful. I don’t remember all the names but Ode helped us with the bags while we cycled to the hotel.
Food wise Indonesian food is great and breakfast choices are many.

"Very enjoyable stay, a place I would consider visiting again. Fantastic room (upper level ocean view single br). Good spa (great foot massage). Various activities, including walking the farm, off-site tours like the firefly tour wetook. Only disappointment was the Rica Rica dinner (food pretty good, room and service ok). Also, walks to outlying rooms not shaded, probably to protect views. Breakfasts were very good."

All the dept have the synergy to updates guest what happening at the hotel.Thanks millions to all the team to made my husband birthday memorable ones. From hotel Manager, Mr Omas and his Team at Front office who helped us with a few arrangement for our needs in hotel and the Bintan day Tour. Mr. Gin from Angsana Spa with his warm and friendly personality assist us with spa booking. Restaurant asst. Manager( sorry i forgot the name) who always have smile and shared passionately about Banyan CSR with the nature and Nadyn the friendly and cheerful service crew. Mr. Edy from Housekeeping with his polite and always make sure the rooms are clean .
