"Towels are brownish in colour, so don't dare to use them. Wifi connection is unstable and keep dropping. I put the tag on the door to request to make up my room, but nobody came to do that. When I asked for the 2 complimentary bottles of water, the reception said they ran out of it and will give me 4 bottles tomorrow which doesn't help as I'm checking out the next day. The AC is just outside the window and you’ll hear the noise throughout the night. The only good thing is the location, really...

"Value for money and our room had a good view of fireworks on new years eve! Overall the room is clean and bedsheets are clean. Hotel maintenance could be improved, bathroom shower doesnt drain fast. There's also some smell in the bathroom, which the hotel puts air freshener so it doesnt smell. Bedsheets and towels look old but are still clean Breakfast is very basic"

"Requested single queen size was given two single bed. The room was in bad condition outside lean against the wall two pieces of big Glass. The bed spring coil is not in good condition. Hurt our body and it is very discomfort. I think the bed mattress is good to be discard."
