Property is out of the tourist area but in a safe and quiet location. Restaurant on site and beach front as well. We were able to check in early which was nice.

No apto para adultos mayores y recién nacidos El baño no servía el agua caliente Hay gatos en la propiedad y una de las habitaciones tenía mucho pelo de gato en la cama Después de las 8pm no hay nadie q asista ante alguna necesidad Las TV no funcionaron a ninguna programación El agua para lavar los dientes o bañarse muy salada Al hacer la reserva indicaba q la habitación estaba pagada y al llegar al hotel me indicaron q no. Así q tuve q pagar para q me dieran la habitación ,

En general bien. Pero el personal tiene que mejorar su atencion al cliente. Con anticipacion estuve solicitando ampliar mi reseeva y no hubo respuesta. Tuve que hacer una reserva con otro folio.Tardaba en salir agua caliente. La puerta de entrada se movia con aire, tuvimos que poner un tope.
