"The services I got from this hotel has to be the best in all of the hotels I have stayed ever. From the questions I had even before arriving in Zhangjiajie, they were responded to in a timely manner and I felt the genuine urge to help. Even when I arrived, I felt the enthusiasm to help me plan my trip. I was even upgraded to a room with a view. Breakfast was also very good and huge portions. "We had a wonderful time at No. 5 from beginning to end. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and modern whilst being right in nature. We were very well looked after by the staff especially Frankie who went above and beyond every day even helping us organise trips and buy tickets and driving us to the entrance of the national park. He was even on hand over Alipay chat to answer questions we had whilst on day trips. Frankie’s dog was also very sweet and warmly greeted us whenever she saw us :)...

"This is a very good B&B. You can taste the local specialties, and the housekeeper is very attentive and considerate. The environment of the B&B is very beautiful. You can see the whole mountain view from the room, and there are many cats and dogs, which are very cute. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is perfect for exploring Zhangjiajie national scenic park. It’s a 5 minute walk to restaurants, 10 min drive to the park entrance, and the staff were so lovely. They provided a map of the park and explained all that there is to do in that area. They also picked me up from the train station promptly and to/from the main entrance to the park the following day. The breakfast was also amazing! "

"Great value hotel in good location for exploring parks, located just next to cable car. Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast buffet okay, but fairly limited choices, and quite busy with larger groups of tourists when we visited. Very helpful member of staff on reception who spoke English and arranged taxis for us to get to various sights. "
