"Overall enjoyed our stay but there were a few small things that could have made our stay more fulfilling. The entire place is made kids friendly which was really touching and is a welcome attitude given we are a family with 2 kids. The breakfast spread was quite good but had very limited vegetarian options - again the kids section there was really awesome! Rooms were quite clean but a bit smaller than anticipated, the toilet exhaust was a bit low or not working which made it a bit awkward....

"Clean, comfortable hotel with Pte bath, indoor n outdoor onsens with good view of the Tone River. The daily breakfast was great, we can order western or Japanese set the day before. Dinner menu was delicious with good choices and nice presentation of the food. Dinner is about 6 courses. This hotel was only opened in Nov 22, well kept with auto checking in and checking out. They provide shuttle bus to station at 9.15/10.15 in the morning and pick up services at Jomokagen station at 14:55/15:55...

"Location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the station and chair lift. Kitchen staff is very thoughtful. I stayed for 3 nights, although all 3 nights were hot pot for dinner with the same ingredients, the soup base was different for every night. Staff are super friendly, making you feel welcome.
