"Very nice staff, clean, good location!"

"Great place and the price affordable. Breakfast was excellent. There are two negatives though: One is that the place heavily focuses on Chinese customers, asking you to take breakfast after them in groups. Some signs are written only in Chinese, not even Korean nor English. Second one is that they renovate corridor and rooms with dust and noise while we stay on the same floor. It is not a good manner without respect to the guests. "

"Sound insulation is below average between guest rooms. Its annoying that one has to listen to TV programs from your neighbors."

"The room was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with a couple of beers and cold drinks ( free ). However the beds were too small . Other than that everything was great. We Stayed in the west tower but felt that the east tower was relatively new n fresh."

"Not the best but then for the price you pay, it's pretty good. The view looking down the Central Park is amazing though. I'll probably come back considering the location and the price tag. Thanks!"

"visited Incheon for a quick layover in Korea. I recommend this hotel! Staff was super friendly. There is a 24/7 convenient store at the lobby. Less than 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station :) rooms were spacious. Comfortable bed and sheets! The bathroom was clean ( no smell, powerful water pressure) "

"Great place, but you advertised a pool on Expedia.com then told us it was only for other people, not us. Expedia said we could have access for a fee, which I was willing to pay. Take it off the website if it’s not available for a free like you posted on the website, that’s false advertising."

"The property is beautiful and walking around the grounds at night was peaceful. The food was amazing and the service and staff friendliness was superb. There is a convenience store at the pool / suites area you can buy snacks from. You can take a shuttle to gimpo Airport. My room was very clean and nicely layed out and decorated. Plenty of amenities and the floor manager even remembered my name which was nice. This is moreso a luxury hotel for travelers coming / going from airport."

"All the staff were so friendly and.. It's a cheap hotel but it has five star hotel service! The clean convenience store and the great buffet restaurant that costs less than regular restaurants were fantastic! The most impressive thing was.. When I was traveling to other places, they safely stored my big bags for a few days without charging me, so I could travel very comfortably! If you're planning a trip to Korea..
