"My first impression was the great looking of the property. I felt safe with the way of accessing the place. The service was fantastic, we had everything we need while staying there. "The staff was amazing here and they were so communicative. Although it was super loud location, u get a cafe right downstairs and 30min grab into old quarter. The breakfast isnt that good so i would just get food elsewhere tbh the meat in the pho was rotten tasting so after that i did not eat their breakfast. "The hotel employees were the best. They went above and beyond to assist in anyway they could. I ordered a package to the hotel and forgot all about it until they reminded me. They also arranged my transport to and from the airport. I’ll definitely come back here next time. Thank you staff members "

"The services was super nice from the receptionist to servers, bellboy, masseuses, everyone was so nice. The buffet has a lot of options and it was very good. The only issue was the bathroom was so high and it was scary to get in. However Brian the manager mentioned that other room has additional showered beside the bathroom and they have plans to remodel. Brian was so nice to offer us a free transportation from hotel to airport due to our inconvenience of bathroom."
