"I have been coming here for many, many years. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. Housekeeping is great! The staff is unfailingly polite and helpful; always ready with a smile and kindness. "My husband and I just spent 3 nights at Playa Maya. We got to the hotel a little late, but was greeted by Marvin (I believe he's night time security) who helped us to our room. The hotel doesn't have a street entrance so you must walk through the beach, which was fine, we're at the beach anyway! They provide fresh water for the rooms and ours was cleaned nicely everyday. We have nothing but good things to say about this property. Our favorite person was Marvin. He carried great conversations...

"Aventuras Club had experienced some recent storms going thru like many places and had lost some power. That power loss took out the elevator and pool pump. So needless to say, thru no fault of their own, we had to walk up stairs to the third floor, and pool was not especially clear during our stay. Plus we were originally to stay at the Lagoon building but they moved us to the marina building. There were some communication problems, so reason for 4 stars over 5. However, overall we enjoyed...

"Having a cenote almost for ourself and included in the rental is amazing, it's also really pretty and quiet. The guardian is here 24/7 and was very nice, he tried to help us with disfonctionning lights in the pool. That's the part that was a bit disappointing, the equipments weren't of great quality and we only had cold water in the shower. But in general it's a really good place to stay if you have a car."

"We loved staying at Tulsayab. The view is amazing, the condo was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning in each room was really appreciated. The team is very attentive and works hard, making the grounds and pool wonderful. The dirt road getting there was washed out, making for a very bumpy ride the week we were there. "

"great affordable spot right in the heart of downtown playa at a great price. basically, like apartments with kitchen and very spacious bedrooms. If you're looking for pools or any of that look elsewhere but if you're looking for a nice spacious place to stay where you can walk outside and be right at 5th avenue downtown this is a great choice. very secure as well and the staff is super friendly. "

"The property is gorgeous. It reminds me of a more modern Taj Mahal. It is licated in a VERY safe and upscale closed condominium with many other hotels and upscale homes. It is also only 1 hr from Cancun and 1 hr from Tulum. I recommend renting a car so you can visit these other locations. The hotel has somwthing for everyone. Fun events for young crowds, but also families, for partying guests, to more quiet ones. The lobby is impressive but they should invest in aromas to greet you rather than a slightly musty smell. The layout of the hotel and the rooms is wonderful and inviting. The quality of the food was not great, especially, the buffet with quantity but not great quality....much of the cooked food looked uninviting and as if it had sat there for hours which was steange as it was a busy buffet. You do get several options for restaurants on the property (Buffet, Italian, French, Japanese, Mexican, Steakhouse). You also can visit some of ots close by sister hotels. We were 2 afult women and loved sraying here."

"I Loved the staff, food was great (and im picky). Staff was super nice with great customer service! It was safe, you must go in with your bracelet, I went on a solo trip as a young female and felt safe inside the property. I wish they just had more of their native food. I like international food but I thought I would eat more tacos and mexican food. But I will definitely go back. "
