"My husband and I stayed on this property to see a comedy show at the Chartway Arena, which is across the street from the property. Excellent location,great parking, love the local restaurants nearby, and the front desk staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. This is our go to each time we visit the area, especially when we attend events at the Chartway Arena. Our luck at the restaurant usually isn't that great, HOWEVER, the walkable restaurants are pretty decent. "

"This a safe and clean hotel. Other guests were friendly. Loved the accepted pets. CUSTOMER SERVICE is AMAZING!!! As well as, accommodating. Only complaints are ice machine has not worked entire stay (at least month) and the bed does not have center slats so bed sank in middle. If you sat on edge you would roll to center. 4 complaints made!"

"It's an ok place to stay but for 80.00 a night there shouldn't be so much stuff out of order. The soda machine, the snack machine, the coffee and juice machine the sink in the lobby,the elevator. The blanket on the bed that was more like a curtain 3 tiny pillows on a huge bed, the heater that we set to 70 and it was definitely hotter then that so we either were too hot or froze and the fridge barely closed because the freezer part was so frozén over you can't use it.
