It’s disappointing that I booked and paid for a king bed only to be told that I was bumped. I book that size for a reason and to be pushed into something that doesn’t accommodate my size results in a restless night. No consideration was given and no alternatives. Instead of offering me a solution I was referred to Expedia since I booked through 3rd party website. This is supposed to enhance the experience, not make it more difficult. As for my room, it’s quite dated and obvious that pets have been in there due to a lingering wet dog odor. Thankfully my disastrous stay is only for 1 night. Embassy suites is no longer on my approved stay list.

Delightful 10 story hotel with lots of amenities. Wonderful breakfast with a buffet and customized omelets made. Parking is in the hotel lot.but costs $10/day. Not sure it is necessary to charge a fee as it is not exclusive or limited entry.

The staff were excellent and the hotel itself is beautiful and clean. They provide an excellent complimentary breakfast with lots of options. My only complaint is there was soiled undergarments in my room upon arrival and I’m unsure how the housekeeping staff missed this. Other than that one issue, the stay itself was great and it’s close to a lot of shopping malls and restaurants.

Staff was great and friendly. I did not like the parking had to personally scan bar code and fill out information on parking and had to pay a separate bill this was an inconvenience

Arrive the morning of the second reduction had been canceled even though I paid upfront for the 2 night. So I was asked to wait 6 hours to checkin for a new reservation and charge 150 dollars for a no show fee. Ridiculous

Left for the day and came back to find out room door was left open by housekeeper. Dead bolt was engaged to keep door open. Dirty rag left on counter by housekeeper as well. Room only cleaned onc during 3 day stay.
