"Really nice hotel with excellent room in a convenient location. The room and hallway were very warm, 78 degrees, and when I turned on the air conditioning it shot up to 80. We turned it off and slept with the window open which cooled us off but was noisy. We were told individual hvac units are being installed which would make it a delightful hotel. "

"The room was very small, with barely any area around the bed. The bathroom was cramped, with a sink too big for it. I know it's an old building, and sometimes the architecture is weird. This hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, and expensive parking. Use the lot across the street and you'll pay about 50 bucks less. The room itself was quiet and clean, and the bed was comfy. "As always, the staff at the Heathman are amazing. Unfortunately, this visit, the bathroom was missing a light, and the hairdryer was broken. None of which, really affected my visit. I will return again!"

"The hotel itself was clean and felt very safe inside, which was a big plus. One highlight was the valet parking service and the Tesla charger, which worked perfectly and added great convenience to my stay. While the area immediately outside the hotel was a bit sketchy, with a noticeable presence of homeless individuals, it still felt reasonably safe. The location didn’t take away from the excellent value I found in the price of the room. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay...
