I just wanted to say that I have stayed at Phoenix Inn in the past with my family and was impressed with the comfort and cleanliness; the decor and very comfortable beds; professional staff. This time we had to cancel the morning of our visit and called and the hotel gave us a full refund! Thank you Phoenix!

Beds were very comfortable. Good lighting. Great water pressure in shower. The only thing we didn't care for was the leather sofa wasn't comfortable, it always made you slip while on it.

Large clean rooms and friendly staff. I travel a lot and getting hot shower water quickly is an issue but here the shower hot water came out fast, didn’t have to wait on it.

My fiance & I really enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Inn while we were there. In the evenings the front desk always had the fireplace going & served cookies at the front desk. Breakfast was included in our stay, which was offered at the beautiful dining area off the main lobby. It consisted of potatoes, eggs, sausage, fruit, waffles & more! The staff was always so friendly & helpful. The housekeeping service did a great job making sure our room was clean & fresh with new linens & towels. The pool, hot tub and fitness room were a great addition, as well as laundry facilities. The hotel was a convenient walk across the street to Denny's restaurant/bar, which was great for dinner & drinks. I definitely would recommend this hotel, worth every penny.
