"All staff were very friendly without being patronising and joined in when gentle joking was the order of the day. A check - in clerk eagerly helped me with a problem I was having with my laptop,when we chose to eat an informal meal in the bar lounge the bar staff made no attempt to urge us to buy drinks. "Hidden gem! Our stay was just perfect, from the moment we booked it ,staff sent us instructions as we were coming at 2 am! Cozy and clean room , comfy beds and rituals cosmetics. The breakfast was delicious and great variety of food, tasty coffee and Prosecco. Highly recommend "

"Staff was very helpful. Goid dining options onsite. Howvere, there is no shutle from/to the airport and no public transportation within ~40 minute-walk. The only options to get to/from the hotel are own car or taxi/uber."

"This is a wonderful hotel near the Vienna airport but it is outside of the Vienna city limits. The food is amazing, the beds are very comfortable and the staff are wonderful. It costs about $38E for an Uber ride into the city. There are no trollies or subways near the hotel. "
