Perfect location. Close to metro/subway. Very quiet. Nice bar in Lobby, great breakfast in the morning. You can open windows in the room, which was good because room was a little stuffy.

Breakfast hostess was extremely rude. As a result our party of 3 did not eat breakfast on any of our 6 day visit. One evening around 5 PM, 3 middle eastern men knocked on our room door to ask if we were happy with the room service. This made me incredibly uncomfortable. We had to ask for bottled water. It was left on the day of arrival but not replenished until we asked and for that day only. Had to ask the receptionist for more soap in the shower/ bathroom. Not replenished. The elevators were slow. Also, the room service staff took priority over guests.

You can check in online prior to arrival. This is good. However once we got there we were given the room key and not explained anything else. for example where the breakfast room is or how to self prompt about room cleaning service on an Ipad in the room. For this reason our room wasn't cleaned till 5pm on day1, there was dirty cleaning cloth left on the bed, no bath was provided and used cups not removed and no refill of teas and coffee

The hotel is right at the center of Vienna. Very convenient. All important places in Vienna are just short drives away. It's very close to the train station and lots of restaurants around the hotel

Nice place!
Classic American style hotel. Great location, right across the street from the metro. Great breakfast place a couple blocks away and lots of restaurants near by. A little snafu with our cab the morning we left but it was quickly remedied.

The hotel is excellent. The train station is right across the hotel and there is a grocery store on the corner. Very convenient. Frond desk staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was awesome!!!!

Just a very nice hotel it's perfectly located right across the street from the train station nothing took me more than 20 minutes to get to , Supermarket right next to the hotel, Pharmacy across the street 10 minutes from the meeting train station just an all-around great place to stay and reasonably priced

Excellent location to just pop in an Uber to the centre, although subway over the road. A very well kept, modern looking hotel. Staff lovely, family room was spacious and comfortable. Optional breakfast at 15E is well worth it. Couldn't fault anything, if I'm visiting Vienna again I'd definitely want to stay there.
