"Excellent service, excellent hotel"

"Easy walk from Hauptbahnhof. Just far away you don't hear the trains. Room was spacious and had lots of storage. In room minibar refrigerator and nice selections for the tea kettle. Breakfast buffet is available. Includes scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and selection of meats and cheeses, fruits, yogurt, breads, coffee, juice , cereals. Easy walk to U1 line and other public transport to city center and tourist locations. "

"Great apartment for a short break with a small kitchenette and full size fridge. We didn’t cook in the apartment but it was stocked well enough to let you do so if you wanted. Only complaint is that the checkout process wasn’t clear, as it wasn’t included in the email prior to check in. Someone came to the reception desk to check us out eventually but it’s not consistently manned."

"So I requested a handicap accessible room which they said they gave me however there were stairs to get to the elevator so if there’s no way to get to the elevator without climbing stairs in the room is certainly not handicap accessible. We finally get to the room it has a nice shower I go to check the refrigerator to make sure it’s plugged in because I was going out to eat and was planning on bringing back some leftovers. "Good stay, great staff, good solid 4 star hotel"

"The property is ideally located for a short visit to Vienna. Naschmarkt, just a couple of mins walk has lots of good restaurants. City not much further. Room was OK but tired. Tea/coffee provided but had to ask for milk. Were told it's not provided but they did get some from the kitchen. Beds were made daily, but tea/coffee not replenished and used sachets/cups (paper) not cleared away. Mini bar prices provided but no drinks in the fridge. We thought we should tell reception in case they thought...
