"My staying was great. Walking distance from center. One minute walk to tram station. Singh was very helpful. He took the time to check the temperature in my room because It was too cold for me and he really helped me. Breakfast was good with variety food. I will definitely be back to this hotel. "

"It was really easy to get to on public transport and everywhere was within a 20-30 mins walk. Lots of places to eat and the staff were really helpful when approached. The room was big and clean, with nice in room toiletries. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so can't comment but there are places within a short walk which we preferred as en route to places. It's between two other hotels but I'm glad I picked HiLights!"

"This is a stunning property. We loved it so much, we cancelled our hotel for the second part of our holiday to remain at this location. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious with a sitting area. It included a mini fridge as well. The pool was really fun (not terribly warm but fine once you got in), and there are nice spas downstairs (hot tub, cold plunge, and saunas of different temperatures). The restaurant food was good, we ate there twice. Service was hit or miss. The bar is a nice...

"Lovely staff and clean and quiet. Beds are a tad uncomfortable and rooms warm without air conditioning. Bring your own shampoo and soap as the hotel doesn’t provide any though ask and they will give you some fellow travellers have left behind. "
