Check in is accommodating, fast, and given an old fashioned key. Wifi is good, cell reception is non existing from this point onward to the park, this hotel has cash and card options. Great motel, ample parking, complimentary coffee and little snack items, mini marts close by for shopping for water and other things."

"Overall this was a nice place to stay. Suggestions would be to have actual spaces for people to park. Also, somehow having a way to inform other guests that the tent is occupied. The tents were poorly labeled and I had two other people try to come into my tent. Clean up the shrubs and overgrown areas at least around the tents. "

"We loved the property- the resort building was only 5 years old and very well maintained. Loved it. Would advise bringing an eye mask to sleep if you need darkness as the door to the outside balcony has no shade. Everyone here was so nice. Bear spray is free to borrow. Food on premise. Five minute drive to the west entrance of the park. Would stay here again. "

"Such an attractive Inn and so peaceful. The room was great and had everything we needed, including a cute fake fireplace that made it extra cozy. "Our front desk clerk was excellent; he was knowledgeable, concise and friendly. The room was adequate and conveniently located. The pool area was clean and well laid out. We were particularly impressed by the expansive complementary breakfast, the atrium it was served in, and the courtyard with water features off our room. We were looking for clean and convenient, and this was so much more. One of our best hotel stays ever. The fact it was pet friendly was phenomenal for us!"
