So we found out by text several hours after we checked in that the water will be shut off between 9 and 11 am tomorrow morning. That’s right, not before we left home, not when we checked in, but several hours later! At that point, what options do we have? So no sleeping in tomorrow morning as we had planned for the first night of our vacation. What gives?!? I’d like to be compensated for our extreme inconvenience with a voucher for a free night’s stay.

Staff was nice. Card in the room said they would clean/restock every 3 days...they did not. Only 1 washer/dryer for guest use. There were people from south of the U.S. border there that tied up the washer with multiple loads of clothes several nights so couldn't wash clothes. Someone was cooking food in their room every night between 9-10 p.m., could smell it everywhere. The shower head in the bathroom was fixed position and pointed at the wall so had to lean against the wall to shower. I don't think I would stay there again.

I am not a believer in checking in and out on my phone. I believe in meeting at front desk and greeting in person. Not sure what the front desk is even getting paid for. What’s next will we be required to clean are own rooms for the next arriving guests.

The first room we checked into was not clean at all! I am usually not one to complain but the condition of the comforter was disgusting! The tub also looked to be in rough shape. We got moved to the room next door and it was cleaner. However the next morning when we showered there appeared all of this black looking stuff on the lower shelves of the tub surround 🤮 we usually stay here all the time but not so sure anymore ☹️
