"Amazing hotel! "

"The walls are thin, we can hear running water from the next room, it sounded like it was raining :). The elevator signs are not very prominent especially when we were told the south tower elevator, we can only see the west tower sign. Front desk folks were excellent, we were allowed to check in early, thank you! "

"It was clean . Staff was very nice from front desk , restaurant , down to housekeeping "

"Everything was good. The front desk receptionist in the day and overnight were both friendly. The hotel itself is in a convenient location next to the free way, some fast food, liquor stores and Walmart. It is in a business area not a residential area so that is a plus for me. The rooms are outdated but it’s not a big issue at all. Everything was clean. Everyone is right about parking. If you get in later in the day, there are no more spots left and if there are, it is probably going to be very far. That’s the only downside but parking is free and will not be an issue if you uber to where you need to go! Also you can hear everyone talking in the AM. It was like 5 am and there were men talking very loudly outside and I wasn’t able to sleep. Might have been staff but not sure. Not the hotels fault though! Also the lobby is very cute and has tvs and couches to hang out. "

"We love this place it’s so close to the beach and they have breakfast and free parking!!! Clean and cheap! "

"I sent my 19 year old daughter with her 21 year old brother. She really wanted to go to the Halloween festival. She loves The Weeknd. Both had a great time at Universal Studios and enjoyed the hotel convenience as well."

"This hotel has gotten some nice upgrades since my last stay a few years ago. Love the new rooms. The beds were very comfortable and staff was beyond friendly. "
