"Where do I begin. I would love to commend the staff firstly for delivering such a superb customer service. There was an incident in the room with one of the family members while my mother and I was at Cleveland clinic. We were unable to move, and contacted the hotel to advise of the emergency and they acted swiftly by assisting the individual who is disabled in our absence. area is the best I've been to around this area. Not a lot of dining options but the gift shop has some small bites made by an amazing lady from Venezuela. Go visit her if you stop by and get some delicious food and drinks as well as small souvenirs. Highly recommended. "
