"We stayed here for 3 nights including Christmas Eve. There was a small delay with check in, but the hotel was incredibly quick to rectify this and this was greatly appreciated. "Reception staff are fantastic and very friendly. It's centrally located to the CBD, Darling Harbour and a short walk to Chinatown and Paddy's market. The entrance is nice and professional. My only criticism would be that the building is in need of a fresh lick of paint. It's obviously an old building converted into the hotel, and this gives it the lovely period feel, but on fine inspection you start to notice the problems. "Staff were extremely accomodating and lovely throughout the entire stay. Breakfast was yum! We stayed during the Christmas period and appreciated the extra festivities the hotel put on for free. "This hip little hotel is conveniently close to the airport. Didn't hear planes taking off once from my room facing the airport. Not too bad for transport links, took the local bus from airport and wheeled my bag to the hotel. Wasn't too much of a hike but if your carrying lots of luggage maybe a trek. Took their convenient shuttle bus from the hotel to get back to the airport. Do book their shuttle in advance!! Gets booked out in the morning runs and I was lucky to get onboard a full bus. "

"The hotel location is fabulous and is next to ICC and within walking distance to many attractions like Sea Life, Wild Life, Sydney Towle Eye, Queen Victoria Building, etc. Our room is west facing, we were lucky enough to watch the stunning sunset a couple of times in good weather. We will be back again next time. Highly recommended!!"
