"The property is half way between Newtown & Oxford St, perfect for an easy uber to nightlife. It is near 100 resturants, like Turkish Pizza (loved Erysies!) or polish (great food, but i forgot the name). The hotel offers a heap of brekfast stuff at no charge, so that was awesome. The bathroom looked recently renovated, too. I thought it was going to be noisy on Cleaveland st, but it wasn't (the double windows work well). "The rooms were nice and decent, and the location was near the river. However, they were renovating rooms nearby, which were very loud during the day and dusty at night. The light in the area by the lift did not work at night. If I had known there was renovation happening, I would have chosen another place. Out of the three lifts, I don't think all were in operation, so going up and down took a long time during peak times."
