"Novotel Thaker Makkah is within walking distance of Masjid Al-Haram, taking around 20 minutes. The hotel does not offer self-service laundry, and the available alternatives are quite expensive, which seems to be a common trend in KSA. Overall, the experience is good, and the staff is courteous, though they appeared overwhelmed during check-in, leading to a queue time of around 15 minutes"

"From the entrance to the hotel room Faraj Al Madinah doesnt disappoint. The checkin experience was very warm and welcoming and an easy process to say the least. Along with the cozy bed and soothing shower with exceptional doorbell service you couldnt ask for a better place to rest while visiting this cherished city. Not to mention a 5 star buffet if your hungry during Ramadan. Great Stay!"

"Poor shuttle service to Haram . During our stay no service at least from midnight fo Fajar and staff won’t tell you that’s is NOT running at this time . May be they can have a dedicated person to guide people about shuttle service . Walking is give or take 40 minutes to Haram . Rooms are nice and clean with modern amenities. "

"Very bad experience. First of all you cannot find the hotel. Taxi people don't know where is the hotel. If someone wants to go there plz tell the taxi guy you want to go to alshifa hospital or Al qinwah hotel. Bath was dirty comode seat was broken. Urination on comode seat no hot water. Only got one towel and ask for another towel.i want my money back"
