"Overall I had a good stay at this hotel but there were a few issues along the way. Once we arrived on the day of check in at around 16:00 the reception area was full of people and extremely busy. I had to queue up for a long time to check in. Once we were shown our room we were not happy with it due to there being a bad smell of cigarettes. "A beautiful hotel with excellent staffs who are very welcoming and other amenities was excellent. The breakfast was amazing and chef was cooking omelette which was so delicious! "It was bad experience to stay in this hotel. The management was non cooperative and stubborn. I made reservations for two nights two months ago but the hotel system booked only for one night. I requested to extend for another night on site but management refused to do that. I can’t tell how was it difficult to find the room in another hotel and my family was so frustrated that we couldn’t perform umra comfortably. I will never stay in this hotel and will not recommend anyone. "
