"The heater/air conditioner in our room was so loud that when it kicked on in the night it woke us up every time. Maybe got 4 hrs of sleep and we ended up turning it completely off so we could sleep. I spoke with the staff when we checked out. Was expecting a comp of some sort. Nothing. Not even an offer for breakfast, which was not included. Garbage came to empty dumpster outside our balcony at 5:30 am. Staff at check in was great as was the bartender when we ordered food. Hotel is on a diagonal one-way and a one-way exit which was confusing in the dark. Dark when we arrived and left so can't speak to the exterior of the property. Won't stay here again as there are other options for less that include breakfast."

"It was a nice stay. Has many of the same amenities that more expensive hotels have, but, at a lower cost. The door to the parking lot didnt close tight by itself. Had to make sure it closed for safety of myself and other guests. "
