"Hotel was nice found crickets in my room as I was leaving one elevator was working for my whole stay and AC was out in lobby. Was told that hotel is getting renovated so Hopefully that will change all those things I do think I may return in the future."
"Close to fast food, at hotel good breakfast and comfy bed. Staff was nice and have no complaints other than getting an upstairs room and there is not an elevator. Pool area looked good but we did not use. Stopping overnight only to continue our trip. Would stay again!"
"Mr Earl is the best. He is so sweet and pleasant made our short trip very pleasant. He greeted us each morning with a smile and delicious breakfast options. Food was prepared skillfully. Thank you Mr Earl!
The room was spacious and very clean. Love the fact it is a smoke free hotel.
All staff were helpful and pleasant. Wonderful stay

"I have stayed in this hotel back when it was just the Riverview and it felt like stepping into a late '80s time jump lol. After a while of indecisive curiosity, I decided to go ahead and book a room at the newly renovated DoubleTree by Hilton. I was very impressed and could not tell what it used to be. The only thing that I would say that can easily be remedied, is that the "Riverview" side of the hotel, which charges an extra $10 should be redressed. There is no view of the Cumberland river, the trees have blocked it out and at night it's pitch dark on that side of the hotel."
"This was my second stay and it was equally good as the first. Clean, up to date room. It was quiet and the staff is amazing! I will always stay here when I travel to see my family!"
