"Had a very comfortable two night stay at Applecross BnB. The directions made the place easy to find. The self check in was easy. The owners were friendly and full of information on local walks and attractions, including where to go to look for otters, birds, and red dear. Breakfast was good too, including several hot options, as well as cereal and yogurt. We also got to see the pine martins visit the front patio during breakfast. If you want scenic drives (mountain or coastal) and a a cozy uncrowded place to ramble, Applecross is great and this BnB is a wonderful place to stay. The self check in was as simple as can be and they keep a well-stocked honesty shop so you can purchase drinks, a snack, or midgespray anytime. We got a room with two twin beds. It was spacious and comfortable with a good, clean bathroom. The patio looks out over a garden and is a nice place to sit and soak up more of the scenery. I will absolutely go back if I get the opportunity to visit the highlands again."

"Nice room, clean and well presented. But the TV was broken on arrival, someone had tried to rewire it and got the connector the wrong way around. Staff couldn't help as they were not technical and as there was no other rooms available I had to stay there (to be fair they offered me a free breakfast to make up for it). But no water, no fridge, basic tea options. "

"Clean, comfortable hotel in a lovely location. We enjoyed sitting out on the decking area to enjoy the peace and tranquility and the self serve breakfast was very tasty with a good choice of hot and cold items. The hotel is a short drive away from the beautiful village of Plockton."

"Hotel was a great find, the room was lovely and spacious, breakfast was delicious and staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had dinner one night and whilst the lamb wasn't exactly how I like it, the others in my party loved their food. I would stay again. "

"The hotel and surroundings are beautiful and welcoming. The room was clean and nicely decorated with both a tub and a shower! We had a king size bed which was very comfortable. Black out drapes were nice given we were not used to the long days of this latitude and the time change from where we live. It was quiet with a nice view of the countryside/golf course. The breakfast is well worth it and I found a new love for haggis! Delightful stay! We would love to come back to Inverness as there is so much to see AND partake in the hotel resort's spa! Next time perhaps..."
